Data analytics on customer satisfaction can provide a comprehensive image of the restaurant/bar's overall performance and enable data-driven decision. Identify important features that are responsible for unsatisfied costumer and address areas for improvement

Examples: include but are not limited to classification of customers based on their online responses regarding the services and the quality of the food and drinks in the restaurant or the bar.

Data format: The first column of your data must contain the label of the class (poor, fair, ...., excellent) and the following columns the values of the recorded responses/variables/features.
