Avoid long periods on market before going under contract. Estimate the association of a binary independent variable Y indicating if a property was on market more than a specific time period or not with one or more independent variables X using a variaty of machine learning techniques.

Examples: include but are not limited to identify importance characteristics/features (such as price, number of bedrooms, proximity to public transport, public services, highly rated restaurants etc) that prevent long periods on market.

Data format: The first column of your data must contain the value of the market period status (0: long period, 1: short period) and the following columns one or more variables that define different characteristics of the properties.
