Apply advance Statistical Process Control techniques to monitor the quality of the product or a production method. Monitor and give early warning of existing or developing abnormal conditions in the production line. Avoid breakdowns, machine downtime, and serious accidence.

Examples: include but are not limited to monitoring the mean value and the variation of any measurable characteristics (for example pressure, fluid temperature, ambient temperature, alcohol content etc.) over periodic samples.
