Understanding Training Needs


Identify the relationships and the important features on employees' training methods. Identify the most effective training methodologies with the most positive impact on the training process.

Examples:  include but are not limited to evaluate different methods of training methods based on data collected from the beneficiaries’ monitoring files, the results, and their feedback.

Data format:The first column of your data must contain the label of the activity/teaching method and the following columns the values of the recorded responses/variables/features.
