Describe how the customer satisfaction is determined by a given set of responses/variables/features. identify the category of new observations based on the training data.

Examples: include but are not limited to classification of customers based on their online responses regarding a product or a service or based on their in-site responses of a questionnaire.

Data format:The first column of your data must contain the label of the class (poor, fair, ...., excellent) and the following columns the values of the recorded responses/variables/features.
