Avoid customer service department saturation. Estimate the association of a binary independent variable Y indicating if a customer waited more than a specific time period with one or more independent variables X using a variety of machine learning techniques.

Examples: include but are not limited to identify importance characteristics/features (such as demographics, complains and needs), regarding call center service time or waiting time at the checkout.

Data format:The first column of your data must contain the value of customer status (0: no delay, 1: delay) and the following columns one or more variables that define different characteristics of patients.
